Legal Literacy Cell:
The legal literacy cell of K.L.P. College was established in the session 2008–2009. The objective was to spread legal awareness among students and make them apprised of their rights and duties. Every year different activities like slogan writing, poetic recitation, debate, essay writing and poster making are organised by the cell. All these activities are related to different legal aspects, such as :- child marriage, child labour, hygiene and general awareness, sexual harassment, domestic violence, dowry, right to information, right to education, rights of senior citizens, etc. In the current session, a campaign named Student Legal Literacy Mission (SLLM) is going on in Haryana under which different activities will be organised in the college.
