General Instructions
1. All the students have to attach copy of PPP and Aadhar Card with Admission Form.
2. Every student must wear his/her identity card around the neck in the college campus.
3. They must follow the discipline rules of the college strictly.
4. They are advised to see the notice board and the college website www.klpcollege.ac.in to get the relevant information circulated by the office from time to time.
5. Only two wheelers are allowed inside the college campus.
6. They must park their vehicles in the parking place meant for students only.
7.They should use the space in the college cafeteria meant for them as and when they visit the college cafeteria.
8. Single use plastic is banned in the college campus.
9. They are supposed to reach the classroom before the arrival of the concerned teacher.
10. Strict action will be taken by the college administration if any student is found guilty of not adhering to the codes of conduction the college campus.
11. Use of cell phone / mobile is strictly prohibited in the college campus.
12. Smoking is banned in the college campus.
13. Ragging in the college campus is strictly banned and any one indulging in ragging will be severely punished.
14. Internal assessment and promotion to the next semester will be based on IGU Meerpur ,Rewari guidelines.
15. Students will have to qualify the conditions of attendance for each paper in each semester to appear in the University Examination.
16. Rs. 5/- per period per day will be charged as a fine from absentees as per Govt. rules.
17. Promotion under Semester System:

II. The candidate will be allowed to appear to the examination if he/she meets the following requirements:
i. bears a good character
ii. has been on the rolls of department during the semester/year.
iii. has attended not less than 75% of lectures delivered in theory as well as practical.
18. If a student loses Identity Card he/she will have to pay Rs 100/ for issuing a duplicate card and if he/she loses library card he will have to pay Rs 10/.
