• IQAC is a significant administrative body responsible for all quality matters. It is the prime responsibility of IQAC to initiate, plan and supervise various activities which are necessary to increase the quality of the education imparted in college. It has to submit AQAR online to NAAC.

• Vocational Training
As a part of curriculum, the students of B.B.A. are required to prepare a report on the in-plant training in the third year of course. The training provides the students to have first hand experience of the industrial/organizational environment related to any particular aspect. The students, under the supervision of the faculty members, prepare this report. The report is a part of evaluation for B.B.A. course. The college has identified a good number of organizations/industries around Rewari town and nearby where our students regularly go for in-plant training programmes.

• Counseling and Placement Cell
Keeping in view the career oriented courses, the college has an established Counselling and Placement Cell. To explore the opportunities of placement, concrete efforts are made by the Placement Cell to assist the students in being suitably placed in industrial houses of repute. A large number of organizations, public and private have shown considerable interest in students and have provided training facility and placement to them. Our cell equips the students with the requisite communication skills in the fields, which enables them to take the challenges of the corporate world with the confidence borne out of competence.

• Mentoring:
The institute has an active 'mentoring system' through which a group of ten to fifteen students is assigned to one faculty member, who looks after the all round developmental needs of students. The endeavour is to develop and promote stressfree mutual healthy relationship between the guide and the learner to have greater self-reliance and enhance the learning process. These sessions between the tutor and the students address personal and social problems of students along with those involving studies and career guidance. They are guided how to handle peer pressure, manage time effectively, overcome performance anxiety and drug-abuse, alcoholism etc. These interactive sessions significantly enhance intellectual, introspective and problem solving abilities of our students.

• Extension Lectures & other Academic Programmes:
In every semester, extension lectures are arranged for the students from time to time. Renowned and expert academicians, industrialists and other specialized intellectuals are invited to groom the students on various topics. Industrial visits are also an important part of the B.B.A. , B.Com(Hons.), M.Com. and B.Sc. (Biotech) programmes. These visits provide the students exposure to multiple dimensions of industry including nature of work, labour requirements, managerial practices, sales and marketing, use of human resources and new technologies etc. The college has given emphasis on monitoring the placement opportunities for the professional students.
